To ensure the highest standards of organization and faculty pride, there is a mandatory uniform policy for this year’s tournament:

• Departmental Jerseys: Every participating department must be fully kitted. Departments are required to either procure their own custom departmental jerseys or officially rent jerseys from the FSMS-SA faculty inventory. No team will be permitted to participate without proper, unified sporting attire.
• Registration: Every department is expected to register at a flat rate of XAF20,000. To support our online collaboration, we further expect all participants to pay a fee of XAF1,000 for their digital ID
• Fraud & Sanctions: In our attempt to reduce and completely wipe out fraud, we expect all players to register with a copy of their Form B, which will be used to register the player onto the platform. The platform will be used to verify player conformity and participation.

    We are designing the 2026 Dean’s Cup to stand out as the most progressive and exciting tournament in our faculty’s history. This year, we are moving beyond business as usual by placing a heavy emphasis on diversity and inclusion. We are actively expanding the scope of the competition to ensure equitable participation across genders, promoting women’s sports with the same vigor as men’s, and creating a supportive environment where every student, regardless of their background or athletic discipline, feels represented and celebrated.   Furthermore, the stakes have never been higher. This year’s tournament will feature an array of numerous and unprecedented prizes, ranging from championship trophies and medals to financial rewards that will benefit the winning teams and their respective departmental student associations. Let us use this tournament to showcase the true strength, discipline, and vibrant diversity of the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences.
