These laws must govern training sessions, friendly matches and Sports Vacances competitions throughout the year. To be modified only 12 months after its adoption. Any person or player who violates the basic requirements and refuses to follow these rules will be suspended and, if in serious circumstances, banned or no longer part of the family/group.

The Rules of Football - (Whether it's street football, home football...anywhere. We will respect these rules...because without them we are like wild animals and we won't play football anymore).

NB: These rules apply to all teams and the context of the tournament; the number of players will depend on the type and size of the tournament. This will be agreed and included in these rules; but no more than 09 players per team can/should occupy the playing field. Any team found with more than 09 players will be sanctioned, and in cases where they have played more than 15 minutes or scored one or more goals during, before and after this period, they will automatically lose the match in favor of their opponents.

  • The playing field:

and entry and exit from the game (the margins at which the field has been designed must be respected by all players... in the event of a corner, a shot on goal or a goalkeeper). The ball is offside when it completely crosses the goal line or

- As a result of the refusal to return the ball to the opposing team in the event of loss due to exceeding the playing limit, “the guilty verdict of the player(s) is a yellow card.

  • The ball:

(the person(s) responsible for the security of the ball must not keep it under any circumstances during playing days. The ball must always be made available

at least 15 minutes before kick-off time). 'In the event of absence... due to unforeseen circumstances, the ball holder must immediately contact another person or

possible teammate nearby to reveal the exact location of the ball, so that it can be retrieved and brought to the field. before kick-off'.

  •  Player Equipment:

(All players must wear or be dressed in sports attire. From upper body down to shorts/trousers. No player will be permitted on the field in unsportsmanlike attire. Examples of shoes not authorized; -

Italian shoes, Sebago, dance shoes, ALL BRANDS OF non-SYNTHETIC SNEAKERS, etc.

- As a result of non-compliance with the player's equipment requirements, the guilty verdict is 1 yellow card, and the player is replaced.

  •  Length of match:

(All matches must be governed by the football principles of 45 minutes per half. Unless otherwise stated, matches will last no less than 30 minutes per half).

Due to non-compliance with match start times, strict sanctions from match officials regarding match times will be implemented.

For early kick-offs at 2:00 p.m., all matches are advised to delay no more than 15 minutes; so around 2:15 p.m., both teams should be on the field ready to kick off.

Teams absent to appear on the field no later than 15 minutes after kick-off will have to pay a fine of 1,000 XAF before the start of the match; otherwise, the opposing team wins by forfeit. If both teams are not present, both teams are subject to a fine and an agreed reduced playing time, which does not interfere in any way with the next kick-off times, as the same rule above applies.

- Accordingly, any player who disrupts the start or end time of the game with his personal vendetta is GUILTY and has the verdict of a red card.

  TEAMS:

All teams must have a roster of at least 10 players and no more than 15 players for the tournament. A team is free to sign new talent given that talent is not already part of a team, as this will require a transfer fee and possible commission only after the first half of matches have been played; if it is a championship tournament, and after the group stages for cup tournaments. In addition, every team is due to pay a thousand francs per game to cover for the match official dues.

N:B All teams must have at least one ball and bring it to the field each match day. Failure to do so will result in a 1000 fine to be paid before kickoff. In addition, every team is due to pay a thousand francs per game to cover for the match official dues.

.  TRANSFERS/MERCATO:

Players are allowed to move between teams as they are rated and purchased accordingly according to the rules of that competition. However, transfers, loans, etc. are only authorized after the first half of the competition and this is done following the evaluation of the player and the championship committee.

In the event that the player wishes or intends to leave as a free agent, a commission is nevertheless paid to the championship organization to cancel his license(s) and prepare for his transfer to his new team. However, this does not exempt the transferred player from paying an additional 2000 XAF for his new license.

.     PLAYER VALUE:

All players in this year's Sports Vacances showdown are subject to evaluation by the teams and captains. Player values range from 2000 XAF to 15,000 XAF throughout the competition. During negotiation discussions on the player's transfer fee, the organizing committee will review the player's initial value before confirming the transfer fee which is 23 % of the player's sold/purchased value amount. This transfer fee is then collected by the championship organizing commission which in turn serves to strengthen the competition itself.

PLAYER/TEAM RESIGNATION/RETIREMENT:

Any player or team is allowed to withdraw or resign from the championship at no additional cost. However, they will not be able to claim any reimbursement or claim(s), neither the organizing commission nor the championship itself.

  • SUSPENSION OR DISMISSAL OF THE PLAYER:

All forms of violence judged by the organizing committee are subject to suspension or total exclusion of a player from the competition. The organizing committee has the exclusive power to suspend or exclude a player.
